Whats the Process?

We first trim along the sides of the driveway and remove any grass that may be touching the driveway. We also remove any and all grass that is in between the driveway and side walk. We then power wash the drive. We are the only company that power washes the drive before sealing. Power washing is essential! Blowing off the drive will not get it clean, there will still be dirt on the drive. Asphalt is porous and dirt gets trapped in the holes. Powerwashing is the only way to get the drive clean otherwise the sealant will not adhere to the asphalt . Powerwashing is an additional $45 for drives under 1000 sq ft. Once the driveway is dry we will then crack fill, if necessary. We will then seal the driveway, with our environmentally safe asphalt sealant. Our sealant has no odor, last for 3 years and dries in only 6 hours.
